As you may or may not know there was a lawsuit against Mark and Eric Snellman. They created Nexus and the iBot software which you all purchased from this site with the rebranded tag of NX.
AUTOFIGHTER.ORG and other sites like RSBOTS.NET(which at this point no longer exists) are resellers of their products. These products were created by different scripters and sold to you though nexus. We pushed the same products just with rebranded names NX vs PRO.
On OCTOBER 25th, 2011 Jagex revised the RuneScape coding and broke all reflection bots (powerbot also went down) and what they did was changed the code in a way that breaking it and making the bots work again would cause legal issues.
Since Mark and Eric were already in a legal battle with Jagex they wouldn't be able to release a working bot until the case was finished. This is the main reason why everything was kept secret and there were no updates. Mark and Eric kept fighting but due to the legal costs that were upwards of six figures they just couldn't continue anymore.
On January 17th, 2012 Mark and Eric signed documents that would seal the fate of all nexus bots forever. Below is a list of demands made by Jagex that Mark and Eric will have to follow.
- Transfer to Jagex the following domain names: RSCHEATA.NET, IMPSOFT.NET, OEMBOTS.COM
- Transfer all documents, recordings and writings, source codes, scripts, bots, etc to Jagex.
- Issue a public apology and post it on said domains.
- Identify and provide all contact information for all past resellers (Me & Kyle & Everyone Else), scripters, code developers and customer information (They already have your emails from before).
- They must pay an undisclosed amount in excess of six figures($000,000) in two payments by the end of the year -- There will also be a lien placed on Mark and Eric's house incase they can't pay.
Mark and Eric can't develop software, sell, do any consulting, or having involvement in any way with any software that interacts with any Jagex Game. They also can't make any oral statement(s), comment(s), press release(s), or Internet post(s) referring or relating to the court case or risk having to pay a 1,000,000 fine in addition to the six figure undisclosed amount they must pay already by the end of this year.
If you would like to read up on the court documents for more detailed information on what happened I have provided the download links to the court documents below.
This is the farewell letter to everyone from Mark and Eric.

While Jagex might have taken down impsoft we are still going to continue our efforts to bring you bots. I understand that people might be frustrated with us for keeping you in the dark but for the most part we were not told anything. This was to keep us out of legal trouble with Jagex. Whenever information was shared with us we posted it up.
As for your bots they are useless now but please keep your ID codes because when we do get new bots up we will try and work something out with all our previous buyers. When you kill one site dozens more pop up. Jagex can't stop us all and when these new products come to market we will be the first to offer them to you.
If you have any questions please feel free to ask them below and i will answer them for you as best i can.

What is AutoFighter.org?
AutoFighter began in early 2005 with the simple purpose of meeting the demands of the thousands of people who wanted to have a decent character in RuneScape, without having to live like a hermit and play the game for countless hours at a time. As our name implies, we started with one bot -- AutoFighter NX, and we perfected it. This first bot allowed users to create mighty accounts in a short amount of time, while also collecting millions of gp in loot, without actually have to do any work.
